St Petrock’s is an Exeter–based charity helping people who are homeless, or vulnerably housed, to lead more settled and fulfilling lives. The centre is both the heart of their services and the gateway to specialist service providers
St Petrock’s Good Neighbour Funding
Provident Good Neighbour funding was used to set up a new service called the Exeter Engage Hub. Working in collaboration with other agencies, this project provides bi-weekly afternoon sessions where individuals can come in to the centre for advice in a relaxed and informal manner and have free use of computers. The range of advice offered includes benefits, accommodation, health, mentoring, personal development and training. Part of our funding includes supporting a co-ordinator post for two days a week to ensure smooth running and monitoring of the project.
