Bradford City FC Community Foundation works in partnership with Bradford Council’s Sport and Leisure Service. The partnership provides the following activities for boys and girls of all abilities, which take place at a variety of venues across the Bradford district:
- Coaching sessions for interested schools, during term time, which meet National Curriculum requirements
- A scheme offering 6-weeks of free coaching sessions and a penalty shoot-out to raise funds for school
- 2,3 & 4 day coaching camps during all school holidays, at various venues
- Schools competitions
- Inclusion through football workA disability club every Friday evening & Sunday morning, based at Bradford College.
The Partnership also offers coach education courses through the West Riding County FA.
Bradford City FC Community Foundation Good Neighbour Funding
Provident Good Neighbour funding is facilitating the purchase and distribution to schools by Bradford City FC Community Foundation of up to 500 cheap tickets per match for which the seats are located in the Community Stand.
Provident are also able to use this opportunity to facilitate trips to the matches for some of the Good Neighbour Bradford based community partners.
