Baggator works with people from some of the most socially disadvantaged areas of Bristol providing programmes of informal education, skills training and leisure activities for young people up to 25 years of age.
Baggator Good Neighbour Funding
Provident Good Neighbour funding has helped the Baggator Young People’s Project set up a Friday music club night which provides young people with somewhere safe to go and enables them to develop new skills through activities such as lighting the venue, DJ-ing and creating backdrops.
In addition Baggator has been able to continue the running of the popular bike maintenance club after existing funding came to an end. The club is used as a means to engage young people to try something new. Not only do they learn bike skills but also the chance to be entered into the Youth Achievement Awards in Bristol.
